Kamini Cotton is a Senior Living Placement Advisor with more than 12 years of healthcare experience and a diverse professional background spanning administration, sales, management, and senior living leadership. Her extensive experience as an Executive Director of senior living communities has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities families face when seeking the right care and housing solutions for their loved ones.
Throughout her career, Kamini has demonstrated a proven track record in customer engagement, relationship building, and service excellence. Her international experience and ability to connect with people from all walks of life have shaped her compassionate, people-centered approach.

Benjamin Johnson is a dedicated Senior Living Placement Advisor with more than 12 years of experience in case management and senior care services. As a former Memory Care Director, he brings extensive expertise in supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Benjamin is an active member of the Alzheimer's Association and is passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate the often-complex process of finding the right care and living solutions.
Throughout his career, Benjamin has developed strong expertise in referral coordination, family consultations, and move coordination, working closely with families, healthcare providers, and senior living communities.
